Most companies have a page for Product Reviews and (no surprise) they have all 5-star reviews.   That's because it's simple to only publish the good reviews on your own website. 

There is, however, one place where you can always get the TRUE & HONEST reviews - and that's Amazon.com.   Amazon doesn't allow merchants to edit, hide (or even respond to) negative reviews.  So, when you see a product with mostly 5-star Amazon reviews, you know it's great!
